Allenair Small Bore Cylinders

These fully repairable cylinders are available in bores sizes of 1/2", 3/4" and 1-1/8" and come with 1/8"NPT ports. They are rated at 150psi pneumatic or hydraulic and have a 5-10psi breakaway point. The 1/2" and 3/4" cylinders use a low friction U-cup seal, a 1/4" 416 Stainless Steel rod, and Duronze piston. The 1-1/8" cylinders use an all O-ring construction, aluminum piston, and a 5/16" 416 Stainless Steel rod. Five models of Small Bore cylinders are available. The SM single ended model has a port on the rear head and is designed for nose mounting. The SMD double ended model uses a single rod which protrudes from either side of the cylinder so that it retracts on one side as it extends on the other. The SMT single ended cylinder feature a male clevis on the rear head for various mounting options. The SP single ended model is the same as the SM except it comes with a square front head for simplified mounting purposes. The last model is the SPD double ended model which uses a single rod like the SMD, but replaces the standard heads with square heads to simplify the mounting.
