Electra-Saver®
100 - 500 HP Air Compressors
The Electra-Saver incorporates a patented
Turn-Valve to automatically compress exactly the amount of air needed resulting in a more
efficient compressed air system. This design means the Electra-Saver requires 16%
less part-load horsepower than competitive throttled inlet valve designs. That
means at 65% load capacity you only use 75% of full load horsepower, or about
18% less than the throttled inlet design. Using larger, slower turning rotors and the patented KyphoTM profile the compressor can be direct driven at the motor's own speed,
resulting in lower operating costs and longer compressor life. The Electra-Saver
also uses a unique Intensive Injection system to cool and seal the compression chamber,
and long life tapered bearings to give you years of consistent operation. Comprised
of stainless steel control lines, Auto Sentry® ES+ Controller, heavy-duty air filters, ELIMINATORTM spin-on air/oil separator,
heavy-duty air-cooled or water-cooled aftercoolers, a thermal mixing valve, and a spin-on
full-flow 10-micron oil filter, the Electra-Saver has everything you need and more. Every compressor is also shipped with AEONTM
9000 synthetic lubricant, which increases the interval between oil changes up to
four times longer than standard lubricants.
