Gardner Denver reciprocating compressors are available
in either vertical or horizontal and tank or base mounted configurations. Made of
cast iron precision machined parts, these compressors achieve long, trouble-free service
and high efficiencies. Each unit is comprised of tapered roller bearings, inter-stage
& discharge pressure relief valves, multi-finned cylinders, precision balanced
flywheel with fan blades, large diameter finned tubing, large diameter ductile iron
crankshaft, centrifugal un-loader, and cast iron crankcase. They also include an
integral cylinder/head to eliminate blown out head gaskets and larger diameter domed
pistons to maximize air delivery. Belt guards are standard for operational safety.
