TWISTAIR®
20-150 HP Water Injected
If you require cool, clean, oil-free air
then you need a TWISTAIR® air compressor. Gardner Denver uses a simple and
efficient single stage design, which incorporates a water injection system running at
lower RPMs to increase the life of your unit. This system significantly
reduces operation and maintenance costs by using one instead of two compressors,
and thus eliminating the extra seals and bearings, etc. TWISTAIR® compressors include the
Auto SentryTM line of controllers to constantly monitor and troubleshoot your
system, insuring maximum uptime and efficiency, and to provide an easy interface for your
operators to use. Discharging air through the top of the unit, you get a quiet
compressor (dBA levels often around 72) with a small footprint and easy heat recovery.
Every unit also includes a superior aftercooler which discharges air at no greater
than 150F above the ambient temperature, much cooler than the 20-250F
that other manufacturers consider acceptable. The TWISTAIR® is also available in either
water cooled or air cooled, with a full acoustic sound enclosure.
