Model RL41507

The Model RL41507 Lobe pump offers many advantages over traditional pumping solutions.  This pump incorporates many improvements for difficult sealing applications.  A large diameter shaft and bushings on both sides of the rotors reduces shaft deflection and prolongs seal life.  A removable head and large timing gears ease maintenance tasks.  The adjustable bearing assembly also reduces maintenance time.  Also, the bearings are protected by labyrinth seals and an enlarged seal chamber allows more seal options for greater fluid compatibility.  The Model RL41507 is perfect for those applications where   maintenance cost are high or product integrity is critical or where a low shear rate is essential.  These pumps are also useful in processes where high differential pressures are required or where existing sealing technology is inadequate and in applications where you need positive flow with minimal pulsation.  The RL41507 can achieve flow rate up to 460 GPM and pressures up to 300 PSIG.  The pump can handle temperatures to 400⁰F and viscosities up to 2,000,000 SSU.   The RL41507 comes with 6 inch ports and operates at 350 RPM.
