DURAMASTER Cylinders
Duramaster offers a fully NFPA
interchangeable, high performance cylinder with a variety of options. All Cylinder
parts a precision machined and include only the finest of materials. Available
in either Double Rod or Single Rod configurations, the bore sizes are 1-1/2",
2", 2-1/2", 3-1/4", 4", 5", 6", and 8". Each
cylinder is available with a number of different mounting
styles, rod end styles, and additional options. These cylinders are rated at 250psi
pneumatic and 400 psi hydraulic non-shock service. The cylinder tube is a 35,000 psi
aluminum alloy that has been hard anodic coated on the inside, and the piston and head
& end caps are an aluminum alloy extrusion. The piston rods are a steel alloy
which has been ground and polished with a hard chrome finish. Each cylinder has
steel plated tie rods and uses a bronze bearing for the rod bushing. Piston and
cushion seals are a wear resistant Nitrile and a high quality polyurethane rod wiper
complete the cylinder.
